Description
DEZIDIOL WIPES are wipes impregnated with a disinfectant solution based on two alcohols and chlorhexidine, used for wiping disinfection of surfaces in healthcare facilities, medical laboratories, dental offices, as well as hard surfaces in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, in public and private institutions or in the household. The formula, effective on a wide spectrum of microorganisms, is indicated for areas with a high risk of contamination.

Chemical composition per 100 g of product:
Active ingredients: 36% (m/m) Ethanol (CAS: 64-17-5; EC: 200-578-6); 24% (m/m) Isopropanol (CAS: 67-63-0; EC: 200-661-7); 0.5% (m/m) Chlorhexidine digluconate (CAS: 18472-51-0; EC: 242-254-0).
Other ingredients : water, denaturing agent.
Product properties:
- Demonstrated efficiency even in dirty conditions, being effective in the presence of organic matter (blood, pus, etc.)
- It has good cleaning and degreasing capacity.
- Does not foam
- According to EN 14476 testing on Vaccinia Virus, the product also shows biocidal activity on the following types of viral strains: Filoviridae, Flavivirus, Herpesviridae, Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Hepatitis C virus (HCV), Hepatitis Delta virus (HDV), Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Human T-cell lymphotropic virus (HTLV), Coronavirus, Influenza virus, Paramyxoviridae, Rubella virus, Measles virus, Rabies virus, Poxviridae.
How to use :
The product is used as is and does not require rinsing. It can be used on clean/dirty surfaces and is fast-acting.
To disinfect surfaces, use a sufficient amount to completely cover them (1-3 pieces cover 1 m 2 ), by wiping. Leave to act for a maximum of 2 minutes (depending on the desired spectrum of activity).
It is contraindicated to use the product on hot surfaces or near flames/sparks, as there is a risk of the alcohol igniting.
