Description

Discover the secret to high‑level disinfection and cleanliness with KLINTENSIV – OXOKLIN Powder TP4 (1 kg), a powerful oxidizing disinfectant powder specially designed for professional-grade sanitation in healthcare, food service, industrial, and public settings. It delivers an extensive microbicidal spectrum—even at low temperatures—leaving surfaces, instruments, and textiles sanitary and safe.

Product advantages:

  • Broad‑spectrum disinfection: Eliminates bacteria (including MRSA), fungi, viruses (e.g. Coronavirus, HIV, HBV, HCV, Influenza), and spores using an oxidation-based mechanism. Proven effective even in the presence of organic soils and cold environments.

  • Professional-grade stability: The chemically stable formula maintains potency over time and remains effective under challenging conditions.

  • Versatile application: Cleans and disinfects critical areas—including medical surfaces, utensils, devices, food-contact surfaces, laboratories, textiles, and industrial environments like schools, gyms, and hotels.

  • Biocide-certified: Approved by Romania’s National Biocide Commission (No. 6412BIO/04/12.30), classified as TP4 for professional, industrial, and household usage.

How to use:

  1. Prepare solution: Dissolve at least 0.5% w/v (e.g., 5 g in 1 L water), ensuring full solubilization in warm (~30 °C) water and allow ~15 minutes for peracetic acid activation.

  2. Surface disinfection: Spray or apply with a synthetic cloth (polyester/polyethylene), wipe thoroughly, and allow contact time per label guidelines. No rinse required except on food-contact surfaces.

  3. Instrument sterilization: Fully immerse instruments in the ready solution for the required contact time, then rinse with potable or sterile water.

  4. Textile disinfection: Use for soak or washing cycles (minimum 30 minutes immersion), including chemothermal treatment at 60 °C for laundry.

Composition:

  • 2.4% quaternary ammonium chloride compounds (benzyl C12‑C14).

  • 14% peracetic acid generated in situ from 15% TAED + 40% sodium percarbonate.

  • Additional <5% includes nonionic surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.

Precautions:

  • Avoid use on iron or copper surfaces—can cause corrosion. Avoid for damaged chrome/nickel items.

  • Wear gloves, protective clothing, eye, and face protection when handling.

  • Ensure adequate ventilation during use to dissipate vinegar-like odors from peracetic acid.

  • Follow label instructions for contact times; rinse food-contact items after treatment and allow air-drying.
