OXOKLIN POWDER is a highly effective disinfectant in powdered form, designed for fast action against a broad spectrum of microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, and viruses. It operates through a cell oxidation mechanism and is suitable for disinfecting hard surfaces, medical instruments, devices, and textiles.

How to use:

Preparation of Solution:
- Dilute the product to a minimum concentration of 0.5% (w/v) based on the required microbiological efficacy.
- Example: Dissolve 5 g of OXOKLIN POWDER in 1 L of drinking/distilled water to prepare a ready-to-use solution.
- Ensure complete dissolution of the product in warm water (30°C) for rapid preparation. Allow 15 minutes for the generation of peracetic acid.

Application:
- Surfaces: Apply the ready-to-use solution (0.5–5% w/v) using a sprayer, ensuring complete coverage. Wipe thoroughly with a synthetic cloth. No rinsing is required.
- Instruments: Immerse instruments in a solution (0.8–5% w/v) for the desired contact time. Rinse with sterile water post-disinfection.
- Textiles: Disinfect by immersion or washing with a contact time of 30 minutes. Use laundry detergent for heavily soiled textiles, followed by thorough rinsing.

Storage of Solution:
- Store the prepared solution in closed containers, away from light, at room temperature. Use within 8 hours of preparation.
Compatibility with materials:
- Safe for use on stainless steel, PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, silicone, glass, and rubber.
- Does not corrode aluminum, tinned steel, or plastics such as Teflon, PE, PP, and PS.
- Corrodes iron and is not recommended for copper materials or chrome/nickel instruments with visible damage.

- 14% Peracetic acid (CAS 79-21-0) generated in situ from 15% TAED and 40% Sodium percarbonate.
